Rest and Relax!

Office workers often need to sit in front of computers for a long period of time. Maintaining the same posture for too long may easily lead to muscle strain, neck or back pain and soreness of limbs.
To promote occupational health and safety, our Company held an “Occupational Safety and Health Exercise” activity to not only share with colleagues information in this regard but also demonstrate some easy stretching exercises that can be carried out in the office, encouraging them to stretch their muscles properly during working hours to prevent discomfort.
The whole set of stretching exercise covers different parts of the body: eyes, neck, shoulders, hand, waist, back, legs, etc. Colleagues may perform different relaxation exercises according to their personal needs and activity spaces. Regular exercise can help relieve fatigue and keep the body in good shape, thus boosting work efficiency.
