Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to CEO, responsible for full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
- Consolidate, review and analyze financials statements of subsidiaries in Hong Kong office.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis.
- Manage all aspects of the daily finance operation function and internal control process related to Hong Kong office.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of audit, tax filing and company secretarial issues in Hong Kong.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial management projects as assigned by the senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
- Certified CPA is a must.
- At least 8 years or more relevant experience in finance and accounting disciplines, with language solutions or services industry experience is a plus.
- Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, regulations and operations.
- Proficient in computerized accounting system, MYOB, ERP and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Meticulous, hands-on, organized, hardworking, strong integrity and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediately available or short-term notice is preferred.
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant.
